Ethan Sullivan remained silent. Evelyn Sullivan didn't press further. She changed her shoes and left the villa without another word.

At the café, Sophia Reynolds had been waiting for a while. The moment Evelyn sat down, Sophia blurted out urgently,

"Evelyn, it's an emergency!"

"What's so urgent?"

Sophia leaned in, lowering her voice. "My family set me up on a blind date, but I have an important meeting this afternoon. Can you go in my place?"

Evelyn nearly choked on her coffee.

"You want me to go on your blind date?"

"Please!" Sophia clasped her hands together. "Just this once!"

Evelyn stirred her coffee slowly, then suddenly smirked.

"Fine. But on one condition."

"What condition?"

"I'm traveling for work next week. Until I return, you handle all my responsibilities."

Sophia's eyes widened before she gritted her teeth and nodded. "Deal!"

After receiving the address, Sophia hurried off. Evelyn checked the time and decided to kill a few hours at the mall.

The moment she stepped into the luxury section, she ran straight into Isabella Jackson and Lily White.

Lily's face twisted with hatred the second she spotted Evelyn.

"Evelyn Sullivan!"

Evelyn ignored her and turned to leave.

"Stop right there!" Lily rushed forward, blocking her path. "You ruined my relationship with Alexander! You're not getting away today!"

She raised her hand to strike, but Evelyn caught her wrist midair.

"Let go, you bitch!"

A sharp slap echoed through the mall.

"That was for your lack of manners," Evelyn said coldly. "If you want to blame someone for your breakup, look no further than the girl standing beside you."

Isabella paled. "Sister, what nonsense are you saying?"

Lily clutched her cheek, then lunged at Evelyn in a frenzy. "I'll tear your mouth apart!"

Another slap landed.

"One more word, and you'll regret it."

Realizing she was outmatched, Lily glared venomously. "You'll pay for this!"

Isabella quickly steadied her. "Lily, let's just go..."

Once they were a safe distance away, Lily suddenly smirked. "Next Friday is the 'Eternal Legacy' premiere. I'll make sure the entire crew knows exactly what she's done."

A glint flashed in Isabella's eyes. "You mean..."

"I'll ruin her reputation beyond repair."
